    It may look nice and shiny from the outside, however it is not, especially once you get to the seating area. Everything feels sticky and you can smell the dirty washroom without even going there. Clean up!

    Dropped  by this morning at 8am. The place was empty except for 2 customers in front of  me that already placed there order. I ordered a muffin with no cheese. I saw it land on the pass within a minute and watched it sit there for 5 minutes  while they ran around taking drive thru orders. I eventually got my breakfast with a cold hash brown to match my cold sausage muffin. I keep telling myself don't go there but I forget so every 4 or 5 months I grab something  at this location and immediately  regret it.

    Unprofessional staff and inside of this location makes me feel like I'm inside a coffin.
    I prefer driving the extra 5 minutes to the newly built McDonald's in Oak Ridges they have great staff and better service!

    McDonald's corporate should be investigating this location and do some quality control. The staff are rude and clueless. It seems like they purposely get your order wrong. This location makes McDonald's look horrible and I would avoid going here for any possible other choice.

    Without a doubt the worst McDonald's around. In our last 8 visits, 7 of them were screwed up in one way or another...most of the time because they got the order wrong.

    The best no-no I've seen at this location: post-it notes taped to the Drive-thru menu indicating which burgers and menu items they ran out of?! This included Quarter Pounders!  Brutal, yet hilarious. Doesn't McDonald's have strict quality rules for corporate and franchise stores?

    The other reviews say it all. We won't waste time or money here anymore. Locations on Bayview in Aurora and Yonge St in Oak Ridges are better bets.
